We are not responsible for any items and packages lost during transit nor for packages marked as “delivered” by the courier.

We are incredibly grateful to be part of a community that supports so many meaningful causes. Giving back has always been important to me, and we donate to a variety of local events, organizations, and fundraisers throughout the year.
Due to the high volume of donation requests we receive, we’re unable to accommodate individual requests as they come in. To keep the process fair and manageable for our small business, all donation requests must be submitted through the form below.
Our team reviews requests a few times each year and does our best to give where we can. While we truly wish we could support every cause, submitting a request does not guarantee a donation.
As a locally owned small business, The Kove relies on the continued support of our community to keep doing what we love and to continue giving back whenever possible.
